Set the final Folder Name to be the Submission ID: Set up a Google Drive integration for your form - you can refer to our guide on How to Integrate a Form with Google Drive.Zapier offers a 30-day premium trial however if you'd like to test it out. Unfortunately, as this requires a multi-step automation, it is only possible for paid Zapier users. It is possible to do that with Zapier, however - it will require additional integrations. This is because to transfer a PDF, a Submission ID is required, which is only available after a submission is made, so we cannot make changes to the form that would allow that ourselves. Are you perhaps referring to the PDF attachment after the form is submitted? If so, unfortunately, there is no in-built way to do this. It's essentially a live document creator and editor as it stands now. The reason the specific Airtable record is so crucial is because it's linked to Softr that currently allows a user to fill out a form and see the completed PDF document all on a single page. So we could fill out our Jotform questionnaire, produce a completed PDF inside Jotform, and most importantly, automatically insert that generated PDF into the client's corresponding Airtable record with their form responses. I'd like to save a step and cut out Documint altogether. Currently, we are using Jotform to feed form results into Airtable, then those results go out to Documint to produce the completed PDF, then that Documint PDF is automatically added back into the corresponding Airtable record. One of the core functionalities we need is for our clients to be able to generate business plans and pro forma financial documents. Question: With Jotform, we can have a questionnaire that can link responses to Airtable and create a Jotform PDF with the inputs, correct? Is there a direct, or workaround, way to automatically insert that completed Jotfrom PDF document into the corresponding Airtable record with the form responses?īackground: We are using Softr to build client learning and resource centers. I've searched the help center to no avail.
